Our Reception curriculum is designed to give every child a strong, confident start to their school journey. Through a balance of structured teaching and purposeful play, children develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours they need to succeed both now and in the future.

Across all areas of learning, we focus on communication, independence and curiosity, helping children to express themselves, build relationships and make sense of the world around them. Our approach supports each child to grow academically, socially and emotionally, laying secure foundations for Key Stage 1 and beyond.
